چکیده
The increased frequency of climate extremes associated with ongoing change has the potential for significant impacts on maize grain yield in maize-producing regions worldwide. In this study, we used a modeling approach to investigate effects different types climatic Northeast China. We combined annual mean air temperature and accumulated precipitation data divided years into 9 categories, using 10th 90th percentiles as extreme thresholds. were represented by 1 normal type, 4 individual extremes, extremes. Changes frequencies their yields analyzed two 30-year periods (period I: 1960–1989; period II: 1990–2019) Agricultural Production Systems sIMulator (APSIM-Maize). Compared I, occurrences all 3 cold-related (i.e., cold-normal, cold-humid, cold-dry) decreased during II, while other increased. Moreover, according APSIM-Maize model, estimated 4.01%; 26.56%, 12.10%, 6.68%, respectively; 2 warm-related (warm-normal warm-dry) normal-humid 6.39%, 24.12%, 5.10%, respectively. increase occurrence warm-humid 11.69%. This work confirms adverse warmer temperatures absence excess rainfall highlights importance extremely dry or wet conditions under conditions.

The Impact of Climate Change on Yield Potential of Maize across China
Maize is one of the major crops in China and its yield potential has been changedsignificantly by climate change induction during last five decades. The national policy of maizeproduction sufficiency emphasizes the necessity for a more accurate estimation of yieldpotential of maize at a national level. In this paper yield potential of maize was calculated usingthe Global Agro-Ecological Zones (...

flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...
Assessing variety mixture of continuous spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) on grain yield and flour quality in Northeast China
Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety mixtures represent a relatively unexplored avenue for maintaining yield and improving flour quality. A field experiment was conducted to examine the responses of three spring wheat varieties in pure variety and in variety mixtures under continuous cropping in Northeast China. Three modern spring wheat varieties, along with a three-variety mixture and a t...

The Northeast China (NEC) was the most important agriculture areas and known as the Golden-Maize-Belt. Based on observed crop data and crop model, we design four simulating experiments and separate relative impacts and contribution under climate change, planting date shift, and varieties change as well change of varieties and planting date. Without planting date and varieties change, maize yiel...
متن کاملImpact of spatial-temporal variations of climatic variables on summer maize yield in North China Plain
Summer maize (Zea mays L.) is one of the dominant crops in the North China Plain (NCP). Its growth is greatly influenced by the spatial-temporal variation of climatic variables, especially solar radiation, temperature and rainfall. The WOFOST (version 7.1) model was applied to evaluate the impact of climatic variability on summer maize yields using historical meteorological data from 1961 to 20...
